by accessing or using the inktsune website (the "site") or purchasing any products or services from me, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. please read these terms carefully before accessing or using the site, or purchasing goods or services from me.

1.) acceptance of terms

by accessing or using the site, or purchasing goods / services, you agree to be bound by these terms of service, our privacy policy, and all applicable laws and regulations. if you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing the site, or purchasing goods / services.

2.) use of the site

you must be at least 18 years old to book a tattoo, however, you may use this site or make any merchandise purchases.

3.) intellectual property

all content on this site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations, is the property of inktsune or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.

4.) tattoo services

inktsune offers tattoo services for individuals who meet the legal requirements and are of sound mind and body. by booking a tattoo appointment, you agree to provide accurate information and comply with any pre-tattoo instructions provided by the artist.

5.) illustrations and artwork

the illustrations and artwork displayed on the site are the original creations of inktsune and are protected by copyright laws. you may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on these designs without the express permission of inktsune.

6.) artist merchandise

inktsune offers a variety of artist merchandise, including clothing, stickers, prints, and more. all sales are final, and refunds or exchanges will only be provided in accordance with our refund policy.

7.) user content

by submitting any content (including but not limited to images, text, or videos) to inktsune, you grant a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content worldwide.

8.) prohibited conduct

you agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose or to engage in any activity that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the site or interfere with any other party's use of the site.

9.) limitation of liability

inktsune shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the site or the products or services offered on the site.

10.) indemnification

you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless inktsune, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against all losses, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of these terms or any activity related to your account.

11.) right to refuse service

i hold the right to deny service, before or after receiving a deposit, if you show up to your appointment impaired (ex. drunk, high, etc.) and/or make other individuals feel unsafe or uncomfortable. any designs in relation to hate symbols, politics, or other controversial topics will not be accepted.

12.) deposits

all deposits are non-refundable, and can only be transferred under special conditions. i reserve the right of discretion to choose when a deposit may be transferred!

13.) changes to terms

inktsune reserves the right to modify these terms of service at any time without prior notice. by continuing to access or use the site after such modifications, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

14.) governing law

these terms of service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of finland, and any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the helsinki district court.
